About This Project
A Victorian property in Northampton had original timber sash windows that had been painted many times over the years, with the paint beginning to fail and trap moisture. Rather than replace the windows, the owner opted to have them fully stripped and restored. We removed all sashes and frames, sandblasted them to bare timber, and repaired any areas of rot before the joiner refitted them. The customer then had them painted in a period-appropriate colour.
