About This Project
A comprehensive sand blasting restoration across three distinct timber structures at a private residence. The project encompassed the oak-framed entrance porch, a substantial oak outbuilding and garage, and a set of large hardwood entrance gates — all of which had accumulated weathering, dirt and discolouration over time. Sand blasting was the ideal solution to gently but effectively strip back the surface grime and grey weathering from the oak timber, revealing the beautiful natural grain and warm honey tones beneath. The stone surrounds to the porch were also carefully cleaned, bringing the entire entrance back to its original character. The results speak for themselves — the porch, outbuilding and gates have been transformed, with the oak looking fresh, bright and full of life once again.
