About This Project
A logistics company in Swan Valley, Northampton, needed their 2,000 sq ft warehouse floor prepared for a new epoxy resin coating system. The existing floor had patches of old paint, oil contamination and a weak laitance layer that would have caused the new coating to delaminate. Our floor shot blasting machine processed the entire area in a single shift, removing all contamination and creating the correct surface profile (CSP 3-4) for the epoxy system to bond to.
